Project Scope: Partial-Home Furnishings / Styling
A couple with roots in both France and East Asia, this client was introduced to us via a referral and it was immediately a strong bond from the beginning given our mutual culture and heritage. This client wanted a home that fully embraces and celebrates American glamor, with its high sheen finishes, bold color accents, reflective materials, and intermix of unexpected materials.
In the Primary Bedroom, the bedside table is hand-laid with polished abalone shells, paired with a modern twist ribbon brass lamp, finished with Chinoiserie linens and bedding that softly blend with the ecru upholstered leather headboard. The Dining Room features a Jonathan Adler chandelier over a solid walnut round table with a smoke mirror top for added warmth and texture. The Family Room is accented with a dreamy Fortuny Chandelier in Japanese silk and soft lavender high wing back chairs for the perfect afternoon lounge.
