Downtown Los Angeles, CA
S. Broadway
Project Scope: Partial-Home Furnishings / Art / Rugs / Styling
Situated right under the iconic clock of the famed Eastern Columbia Building, this penthouse is the epitome of loft-style living with high vaulted ceilings, original exposed brick, and vintage plastered walls. A young tech executive with an old soul, this client had a flair for vintage pieces, industrial accents, and unique architectural forms that together make a truly unique environment.
Together with the client, we decided on a forest moss green as the interior’s main color, and from there, sourced a variety of antique art, sculptures, accents, and Persian rugs that complemented the existing exposed architectural surfaces. The crystal and shell-glass lighting were custom produced to juxtapose the antique-mirrored walls of the second floor, leading to the Primary En-Suite Retreat with a solid aged-bronze statue of Galileo, our client’s favorite scientist and astronomer growing up.
