An esteemed Radiologist and a successful Financier, this dynamic couple and us met fortuitously and it was immediately apparent that we spoke the same design language. From mutual tastes in fashion, wine, and travel, this couple quickly became a client and tasked the firm to design their primary home, a sprawling residence with an impeccable architectural core and interiors that just needed some extra love and care.

We began with a complete overhaul of materials in the two highest-traffic spaces: the kitchen and the family room plus bar. We doubled the size of the kitchen island with a Macchia Vecchia waterfall that further extended to the cooking zone, framed with antiqued Tassel Pendants from Apparatus Studio. The family room was laid with new Spanish porcelain tiles with a matte texture to absorb the great natural lighting. The dining room features warm wood tones that’s juxtaposed with the whimsical Cloud Chandelier and anchored by a geometric handwoven rug for added texture and depth. We also added many sculptural forms in various materials and mediums throughout the home’s interior & exterior as mini architectural moments to enjoy.
